The hot chocolate was poorly made. I ordered it with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, it had neither. I also ordered 2 sandwiches, which were not even packaged with the rest of my order, the only decent things I got this time were the doughnuts. I'm very disappointed with the service today, it is usually great

The Simply Sausage Biscuits were undercooked, bland and a very strange color for sausage patty.
The hash browns tasted like donuts.
The bagels are a big NO.

Gingerbread Oatmilk Iced Latte - My drink came in a smaller size than ordered; it didnt have any gingerbread flavoring; and; there was no sweetener.
Vanilla Cream Donuts - This particular store seems to have a real issue with placing an iced donut in something suitable to make sure the icing doesn't end up coming off the donut. Today, my donut showed up upside down in the bad, and all of the icing came off on the bag.
The above issues are getting very tiring, especially at the uncharged rates charged.
How hard is it to properly make a drink, or put a donut in a bag the right way?

The Chicken Panini was something new to try and I do not regret it. It was very yummy and probably one of my new favorites. The Hazelnut Mocha Iced Capp Topped with Nutella was spectacular as always. My girls love the Timbits® Multi-Pack which is always a treat for them

The bacon everything bagel only had 3 small strips of bacon and a slice of slightly burnt cheese, the coffee was fine but the bagel was disappointing
