I ordered a drink that comes with whip cream no whip cream was on top, also I ordered frozen lemonade them gave me a regular lemonade juice and the cup isn't even filled to top

I place a online order so I can swing by and pick up quickly a I am on the clock at work. NOT ready!No employee has even seen the order until I show up.
