Always satisfied with the way things are here , my Original Iced Capp®'s are always sealed, the Farmer's Breakfast Wrap is always hot and the bag is always sealed and if it isnt fully sealed then there is tape used to keep it closed. They always make sure that everything is up to standard for food delivery services!

Preferably please dont pack a frozen and/or cold drink with hot beverage(s)...
Regards to Sending donuts with fondant on them, maybe leave a fresh clean wax/parchment to separate the porous paper bag from the adhering fondant could/would be an idea preferably.
Typically, a 'decorated' donut is purchased to have the 'decorative' (a.k.a- fondant, glazing etc) parts eaten collectively with the donut base. Adults can understand and grasp the concept if the disappointment were to arise, but for folks purchasing for littles who understand enough of how the/their donut it to be; But not fully understand why half of their Fav donut is stuck to the paper bag (essentially to be either tossed.. or licked/scraped off the bag)
A 'promised' product should come as their description..
I understand wanting speed and efficiency, but that should not supersede quality and accuracy respectively.
Portions of items were fine as well as the taste.
Yes, I would order again- with hopes of packing improvement, just wanted to pass on some thoughts as to how my orders have been arriving lately.

Our 2 vanilla cold brews were so watered down it tasted like toilet water even though we paid for extra vanilla...
