They are very good to me. I have had to call a couple times because they sent the wrong thing etc. but I order almost every night. Management is terrific and the staff do a great job. Am loving their tea both Chai and Orange Pekoe these days. The Apple Fritter Donuts are yummy and have lots of cinnamon. You can never go wrong with a coconut donut or an old fashioned plain are also my go to. I throw in the odd new Golden Snitch Caramel Timbit too and like those. Nice to satisfy the sweet tooth without spending a fortune. Thank you Tim Horton's on Killarney and Pembina!

Was good - Toasted Coconut Donuts are great. The Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Wrap is tasty and filling. The Chocolate Dip Donuts get stuck to the bags badly - they gotta figure out a better way to avoid that. It seems to always happen, but everything else was great and tasted fresh.

The Chai tea wasn't hot enough and the Brown Sugar Iced Latte had way too much ice so after 6 sips it was half gone. I also wish they would pack the baked goods separately instead of all in the same bag. I will of course order again but hope they read the feedback and take note. They don't allow special instructions when placing the order either or I would mention these things when placing the order.

I cannot believe they sent this food out the door. $5.00 parfait is literally 3 bites. Also, they forgot my $8.00 chili. Will be contacting corporate.
