They packaged my Original Iced Capp® very well! Even taking care to tape the hole in the lid. Large Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich was much bigger than expected, the size of a foot long! Didn't need that much food, but I'm not complaining. One of the best Tim's I've been to in a while.

The Ham & Cheddar Sandwich was good but had way too much ranch. The Chocolate Fudge Pretzel Dream Donut was a huge disappointment! That was the hardest donut ever and far from tasting like fudge! The Cappuccino was bitter and cold - another disappointment. Got an extra plain?? donut in the bag.

I ordered their delicious BBQ Crispy Chicken Loaded Wrap but unfortunately one of them was a slow cooked Habanero wrap and was immediately overwhelmed by the wrap's flavour, and the wedges were crispy and dry.. the Large Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich and Iced Coffee on the other hand was great! Wont be ordering here for a while it seems.

1st time order! Turkey Melt was soggy, bread like a piece of rubber & fell apart when picked up. Chili tasted good AND was more like soup!

Best location. Friendly staff and excellent service! One of the only locations that make Sugar Loop donuts and are even able to make a fresh batch for pre-order if you call ahead of tjme. 5 stars!
