The Bavette Steak and Burgers are delicious with thoughtful preparation and fresh, interesting ingredients--cooked perfectly. The Mayan Chocolate cake is heaven. Timber & Salt perfect for delivery meals. They get it. Our orders arrive carefully packaged with separated items that travel well. The chef amazing and staff courteous and attentive.

The Single Wagyu Smash Burger (1/4lb) ala carte was very soggy the bottom bun was completely soaked through. I also found the flavor profile to be quite disappointing. The Kennebec Fries were fine. The ketchup and horseradish aoli if came with were both a bit odd. The overpriced lemonade came in an unmarked beer bottle which was sketchy.

Oh my gosh! The Add 1PC Buttermilk Fried Chicken is amazing! Love the Creamy Mushroom Soup, it was exactly what I needed tonight! Very fresh and I will be returning for sure!

The Onion Soup had a very odd taste. almost a vinegary sweetness? I was expecting something closer to a French onion soup and this wasn't quite it. the Truffle Sautéed Mushrooms were ok, but more garlic than truffle. the Wagyu Double Smash Burger (1/2lb) ala carte was fine, bacon was good, but the bun was soggy. not sure if there is a better way to package it

The Timber & Salt Double Smash Burger was honestly the best burger ive ever had. It was super flavorful and was so spot on. It did take me a couple of days to finish bc it is a huge double.
