Tín is Vietnamese cuisine at its best: fresh, brightly flavored dishes served up at affordable prices and with family pride. (SF Chronicle, April 2010)
Everything I get here is always fresh and flavorful! The nems (spring rolls) and Cha Ca La Vong are the best I can find outside of Hanoi. Thank you Tin!

Meat in the Tin Rolls was dry and tough, like it was old. The, Wonton Noodles came in a small container, with 4 very small wontons, cold noodles and a really overly garlicky broth. It was inedible. I've ordered and eaten at Tim frequently over the years and this is the first time I've had a complaint. I probably would've just considered it a bad day but given that an order for these two items was $50 is unforgivable.

My food arrived w/ rice boxed on bottom, soup on top of it which smashed the rice box and also leaked broth through the bag it was carried in. The back and bottom of my bag arrived soaked and ripped apart. The soup I got wasn't a good deal. Hardly any minced pork. I paid $10 just for water and some veggies.

YUM!!! This food brought me back to my trip to Vietnam. Hue Rolls are excellent and very generous portion. Bun Noodle Bowls with ribeye was yummy but I think I will try the traditional lemongrass pork next time because it's so flavorful in the rolls. The bowl portion is massive- easily enough for 2-3 meals. I will look forward to enjoying this for lunch tomorrow, too!

The Bun Noodle Bowls with marinated ribeye absolute S L A P S! I am satisfied every single time I get it! The meat is flavorful, the veggies are crispy, and the portions are perfect for the price point.
This time I didn't get a roll, but I will definitely try the Tin rolls with some pho next time.
