Gave me very salty fries that could've caused the blood pressure. I was on my lunch break. I called before I went back. It took over 15 minutes for me to get some hard cooked unseasoned fries. I still wanted seasoning just not too much. I wasn't accommodated for the wait or for having to come back. Still not happy with these hard bland fries. First batch was better just salty.

1/2 Rib 1/2 Tip Dinner I frist noticed it was waaay lighter than usual looked good but then realized the Ribs were THIN an then the biggest disappointment was the Rib Tips were HALF BONE that not even rib tips I feel cheated! $23 where!

They give you a TON of rib tips for $10. And the chicken tenders with fries is a steal too for 9.99. Fire. Ribs had really good flavor . Cake was good too it's just small, and it's a cupcake.

Did management at Tony's change? From time to time, I treat myself to a Tony's half and half dinner and didn't mind paying extra for the delivery since I live so far away. This time, my meal was disappointing. The ribs were chewy and tough, and I got more fat than meat with the shoulder, and I top of it, I went for the $5 off Coke promo and didn't get the Coke. I would have called, but I actually had something come up and did not open the package until the next day. I will also say the 2-piece perch was great and made me wish I had ordered more of that instead. Been a Tony's customer since Villard Street days and maybe the thinking is that the chances of a delivery across town is less likely to be returned so customer satisfaction and/or quality control becomes secondary, but the next time I am willing to pay almost $50 for $35 worth of food, I will rethink my "treat" decision more carefully.
