Good flavor, perfectly seasoned meatballs and perfectly cooked pasta. The garlic bread was delicious but it doesn't come with it. The price is a bit steep for two meatballs and spaghetti $30.00...but I was in the mood and didn't want to cook. Overall, you do get a good portion and I had leftovers, so I'm pleased.

The ribs were delicious!! The portion was great!! The spinach, rice and beans were fresh and tasty!! I will definitely order everything again!!

Shrimp & Grits was BOMB!!! I paired it with some home fries and it was amazing! I was nervous to try it but Tops gets everything right! 10/10
