Every time I order from Toulouse (not "Toulouse's"...), the food is fabulous. The trout amandine is amazing, the soupe à l'oignon is delicious, boeuf bourguignon rich and tender, every salad is fantastic. Desserts are always perfect (try the lavender crème brûlée!)

The Lavender Crème Brulee was a joke. $11 for the smallest thing I've ever seen. Less than an inch of custard, yall. So bad.

Steak Frites is the best in its class. Cooked perfectly it was very tender and tasty. This is the 10th time I've ordered it. I've never been disappointed.

Chopped Salade was mushy as were the hearts of palm. Felt like it was 3-4 days old. Lettuce was wilted and soggy. Tiny cup of dressing was not enough. Bread was delicious.

Steak Tartare APP was like mushed steak. Tartare should ghave chunks of meat, cut small, texture, not mush. It was also served over a bed of salad which is odd because there is a quail egg that needs to be mixed, so you end up mixing the salad in. Its a miss.
The Deviled Truffle Eggs were missing regular deviled egg ingredients like cornichons, or pickles. Needed salt.
