my BUFFALO CHICKEN wrap had bad lettuce in it I took a bite it tasted nasty so I looked at it, saw the nasty lettuce, so I threw it away. I've ordered a bunch of times and never had a problem but since I was at work and ordered this at lunch time I didn't get to eat, kinda irritated me.

The smoothie was not terrible but not what I was expecting taste wise. I didn't receive a straw. The wrap was not cut all the way through and juices were everywhere. Was a very messy meal. Not ideal for someone at work and on the go.

Twice now I've received the wrong bowl or missing additional items that I paid extra for. This store used to be great but apparently the employees aren't paying attention to the details of orders.

I asked for no ginger in my smoothie and all I taste is ginger. Also, my ciabatta bread wasn't toasted at all. Not a very enjoyable meal this time around.

Chicken and bacon ranch was delicious. the pomegranate plunge smoothie hit the spot.
