• 27/1/253 slices of banana, and a small bowl there are better smoothie bowls in the area for similar prices. Sunrise Superfood in Wake Forest is a better deal.

• 17/4/25The smoothie was delicious, but the turkey bacon sandwich was terrible. The bread was chewy, and the sandwich was so hot that it seemed like it had been microwaved. The combination of hot turkey, tomatoes, and avocado was unappetizing. I've ordered this sandwich several times, and it has always been served cold.

• 24/9/22only problem i have here is that the MAPLE-KISSED SWEET POTATOES where veeerryyy underdone just cooked enough to be able to eat. after around 10 minutes in the oven they were good tho. still shouldn't have to put my stuff in the oven for it to be good :(. on the other hand the smoothies are great every time, they don't melt as fast as other places.

• 16/2/26We love Tropical Smoothie- the açaí bowls are delicious, the ingredients are so fresh and you can customize with many extra fruits and toppings, as well as adjust the sweeteners.

• 9/4/23I love this place for its smoothies but they seem to have extreme difficulty remembering the sides - and when they do, it's often less than half of what they used to serve only a few months back in the already tiny side containers. Specifically, Jalapeño corn has major issues.
