I love the coffee don't get me wrong, but I dislike that this is the third time I never got the edible straw (which mind you, a customer pays for).

The PB BANANA CRUNCH FLATBREAD was burnt and the flatbread wasn't even bread, more of a cracker. I absolutely love this item but the bread wasn't even soft very disappointing

The chicken bacon ranch was not good at all the lettuce was brown the tomato was soft and I didn't get the chips
