My favorite restaurant. So so delicious authentic flavors and generous portions. The pilav is my favorite: fall off the bone meat, seasoned rice, refreshing vegetables. I also love the gyro version of this dish. Always end up ordering from here again and again.

the mixed dolma was like homemade. four different varieties that were delicious. the baba ganoush was very yummy and came with pita bread. I've been eating middle Eastern food for 30 years and they have top notch food.
I would order again!

Chicken kabob sandwiches are flavorful mild grilled spiced kabab chicken refreshing crunchy toping smooth creamy tzecki sauce choice of hommade on a soft bun my family's favorite, spinach and cheese the best, Khachapuri, soups lentil and lagman its like a beef vegetable soup with long flat noodles savory homemade on the side piece of bread. eating over twelve years, good portions, tasty, slow wait times,but worth it hommade freshly, friendly, footlong gyros,chicken, beef sandwiches variety of toppings mushrooms, peppers cheese tzecki sauce very fulfilling, gyro meat over fried rice delicious. sarma ground beef in grape leaves side piece of bread is tasty,liver and chicken seasoned kabobs grilled w especially good with mashed potatoes and or fried rice.

I used to work in one of St. Louis's best-known gyro shops, and I LOVED that place's food so much that I always thought no other gyro would compare. Today, I was proven wrong. The gyro I ate today from Troy is, hands-down, the best gyro I have EVER eaten. I cannot stress that enough. I've never had lettuce so fresh on a gyro. The meat was so flavorful, so tender. Grease soaked the pita and dripped all over my plate. It usually takes a lot for me to be able to eat a whole gyro, because of how filling they are, but I devoured the whole thing and already want another one. If you get a gyro from any shop in St. Louis, make sure it's from Troy.
