The Chinese chicken salad needed a pinch of sea salt to make the flavors pop, but was PERFECT once added. The dressing and ingredients were fresh and the textures meshed so well. I will definitely order again! The tomato Seasonal Tomato Basil Soup, Cup VEG GF was even better than that French bistro (L'M)! It will be my new go to for tomato soup.

I couldnt eat the Edamame Dumplings, VEG as in my opinion they tasted mushy and awful. The rice Korea Noodle Bowl, V GF was overall tasty but being charged $10 for steak and only received very few pieces. I spent $63 on this food and definitely was not worth it.

The Spaghetti Squash Casserole, VEG GF is good. Seasonal Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, V GF delicious. Charred Cauliflower, V GF does not have good flavor. It's burnt. Please go try the cauliflower at 60 Vines which is so delicious and served with eggplant purée. They also have GF pita to eat with their appetizers.

Honestly so thankful to have a True Foods near me! I have been feeling so rundown and not up to cooking but wanted something wholesome and healthy with ingredients I knew would be delicious and make me feel good. The Ancient Grain Bowl, V and Edamame Dumplings, VEG did not disappoint!!! I added chicken and it was enough for 2! Love love this place. Will definitely order again!

Turkey burger meat was too tough, did not finish it. The brussels sprouts were hard and leathery! impossible to chew, I had to throw them away. The spice was almost bitter. The Edamame dumplings taste good, but there were two few and it was a rip off. That is the second and last time I will try True Food Kitchen. No, I will not order there again.
