I have ordered from here almost everyday and the vegan options are superb. The food so rich in flavor and you can tell has been made with love , I am smiling from ear to ear in joy while eating this, and the butter nut squash pizza is also a favorite! My goodness, I know exactly where to come when I want my food to hit the spot!!

The Vegan Double Cheeseburger, V was really good the first time I ordered it, and the fries were still hot upon delivery. Ordered a second time and the burger was much saltier as well as different consistency, and the fries were a much smaller portion, completely stale and cold as if they were hot yesterday... Lacking freshness is disappointing for a meal that's over $22. Would not order again.

FYI if you order the "chopped" salad it will show up with 2 slices of apple, 3 almonds, and one weirdly chopped date. It will also be drenched in dressing despite asking for it on the side. I have had far better salads at Chopt at a fraction of the cost. It was a good reminder of why I hadn't door dashed from here in awhile.

The quality at True Food in Green Hills has really slipped over the past several months . My daughter's turkey burger patty tonight was about two inches thick and hard as a rock. Nothing fresh about it. The turkey burger is her standard order and she has had dozens of them over the past several years. They have been declining in quality but tonight's took the prize for the worst - a $20 burger inedible and thrown away. Please, True Food, get back to your fresh and tasty ways!

Sadly, we received an order with an undercooked turkey burger which was unsafe to eat. As of now, DoorDash has provided a $5 refund, but the Smoked Gouda Turkey Burger was over $15. Additionally The O.G. Grass-fed Burger*was overcooked, very dry. This is not how we usually experience True Food Kitchen and we are very disappointed.
