food is great and smoked perfectly. Not only that prices are very reasonable for bbq great food all around especially the turkey and ribs

Eating the Quarter Rack St Louis Ribs was like licking an ashtray - I would imagine. The Potato Salad and baked Brisket Beans had no taste. It was a total waste  of money!  There was more liquid and brisket fat in the beans than brisket or beans.

there was absolutely no quest on the nachos and very little brisket on the sandwich. Will not be ordering from True BBQ again.

there was very little meat and what there was was tough and not very tasty. cornbread was burnt. not a very good barbecue experience.

Cold Food, called and they told  me it was NOT their problem. The brisket sandwich was COLD in the middle! So I guess they just heat their food in a microwave
