the Half Pound Brisket i ordered was amazing! I have never had brisket this amazing. Also ordered the mac n Mac & Cheese ,it was delicious but it lacked a little bit more Cheese, flavor was mild but texture was amazing! My daughter had the Large Pulled Pork Sandwich, she said was really good but dry, it lacked bbq sauce. Next time we'll ask for sauce on the side. Overall the food has never disappointed! Food is hot and extremely delicious. Please expand this bbq place to other HEBs across the RGV!

Large Chopped Brisket Sandwich was super fatty, gross to bite into. Sliced Brisket Baked Potato was good, but the sliced beef was dry while also being super fatty. Usually really good. Not sure what happened this time.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered a sandwich from here without coleslaw, yet somehow they find themselves adding it...they need to pay attention to the ticket

Brisket was good but the potato salad tasted like straight spicy mustard. Would not recommend the potato salad unless you love mustard.
