If you are a diabetic this is for you. I ate the entire container of Strawberries and Cream Sugar Free Keto Ice Cream 14oz and checked my sugar. It was perfect. All of us enjoyed the ice cream. We got Fudgy Brownie Keto Sugar Free Keto Ice Cream 14ozCoffee Toffee Keto Sugar Free Keto Ice Cream 14ozVanilla Bean Sugar Free Keto Ice Cream 14oz. All were delicious. I was the only diabetic but everyone enjoyed it. No aftertaste, no issues. Give it a try.

The ice cream is delicious I really can't imagine that it is sugar-free and only four carbs. I will test my sugar and a little bit to see if it has spiked. If it's truly sugar-free this is fantastic ice cream. A group of us ordered and got every flavor available except The Mint.
