• 19/12/24I order from Uncle often, and while the quality is usually really good, the Side Ramen Broth only comes half full - and for $10 - it's not worth it. I understand not wanting to fill it to the tip top, but at least 3/4 full would feel more fair at that price.

• 15/3/24Honestly, the experience is likely better eating in-shop, but if you want to order you're probably better off buying store bought ramen at this price. The Spicy Chicken Ramen was unflavorful and frankly bland; it had a great spice level, but flavor just seemed watered and unremarkable. The chicken also had a strong poultry flavor, which I believe could be improved with a more flavorful broth and shredding chicken.

• 24/5/23One of my top five dishes from any restaurant in any state or country across the globe. Cold and spicy and noddles - yes. You want this. Trust. The sauce, the cashews, the apples, the perfectly cooked noodles; make this dish as simple as it sounds but also as perfect.

• 9/5/23Had been awhile since I had last gotten food from Uncle, unfortunately the portion sizes have decreased while the prices have increased. Food is still good, but the ramen broth used to be a bit more substantial for sure.
