Honestly impressed. One of the best briskets I've had in Portland- and their packaging makes delivery less stressful! Amazing potato salad and beans, also. Just chefs kiss all around.

I know barbecue is a very polarizing topic for many people and everyone has their regional preferences, but the food here is great. I used to work the smoker at a Texas bbq joint and I know that it is an art and a difficult process!
The food delivered well (I live nearby), Mac and cheese was stuffed to the brim in the container and was great and not just basic cheese sauce like a lot of other places. The ribs were meaty and tender, and I enjoyed the sauce that came with it. The corn muffin has good flavor too. Definitely will be back whenever I get a bbq craving!

My goodness! This is my new favorite BBQ spot! Generous helpings of whatever you order be prepared to be full. I never order my meats with sauce, they were THE most flavorful Ribs and Brisket I have ever had! the rib almost falls off the bone and the brisket had a delicious bullion/tallow coating it from hours of cooking in it's own delicious fat/ whatever that tasty rub is.
Both the burnt end beans and Mac and cheese are smoky, but have a sweetness that makes them both amazing. I will definitely be ordering from here more.

Exceptional BBQ joint! The Smoked Chicken serving size was perfect combined with their mac and cheese, baked beans and potato Punkins Potato Salad (not to mention incredibly fresh for delivery). Flavors were phenomenal. Cannot wait to order again!

I've been wanting to try this spot for a while. I was actually quite excited. Unfortunately it took them over an hour to prepare the order. Two of my sides were missing. The brisket is almost inedible. The toughest brisket I have ever experienced, the fat didn't render, and it was very dry. The pork ribs were also tough and dry. I'm still picking meat out of my teeth. The mac and cheese is tasty but nothing spectacular. The beans are delicious. The pulled pork is worthwhile. Their pricing is great, but this bbq needs some work. The scene in Portland is pretty good and my southern palette usually is satisfied, but this was a bad experience. I'd be open to trying again, I hope this was just an off day for them.
