Best Chicken Tenders in the area, staff on the weekdays are awesome, not so sure about the weekends they burnt my burgers lol

I was very disappointed. I ordered the classic burger med rare. It was burnt. Also I ordered a kids chocolate shake which was missing from the order. Please credit my order for those items.
