The food at Urban plates is always so good & fresh. It has the quality of a higher end restaurant at much more affordable prices. I had the Grilled Sustainable Salmon and it was just right. Crispy on the outside and tender & flaky on the inside.

I ordered the Mixed Beet Salad and added 2 hard boiled eggs for a more economical addition of protein. This salad exceeded my expectations. Huge portion of colorful beets and interesting salad ingredients. Very fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended!!

Everything was tasty. My only criticism is that there was a lack of beef in the Braised Beef & Mushrooms . There was a good number of button mushrooms. I just would like more than 4 bites of meat and less "gravy." That said, we will order from them again.

Blackened Sustainable Salmonis half gone in the picture but today the portions sizes were perfect and the mashed potatoes weren't as hard as usual when you order to-go, they were still creamy and soft like they are when you eat in the restaurant . The tomatoe soup was super hot and the bread was soft and fresh 10/10

Im an adult and I ordered a kids meal-they give huge portions and at a fair price point. The meat is seasoned well and cooked perfectly and I got a side of potatoes and they're sodamn good.
And the tomato Cup - Tomato Basil Soup. So good. That subtle hintof coconut is amazing
