I love this place. I usually order the Make your Own Snow, but this time I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Deluxe and it was amazing! Highly recommend, it tastes like you're eating a cloud. I just wish I could order more and freeze them, but it doesnt freeze well. Definitely something you want to eat when it's fresh.

This was my first time ordering from Vampire Penguin. I love trying new places. The Vampy Banana Split was just ok. First of all, it wasn't really a banana split. It was more of a banana sundae. Second, the scoops were small, there was barely any sauce, there was no whipped cream, the ice cream was bland, and I'm pretty sure my ice cream choices were not correct. My guest said he enjoyed his sundae. 3 stars out of 5. I'm not likely to be ordering from here again. If you want top notch ice cream, order Gunther's.

This makes me really sad because I feel that I would have really liked this store if I wasn't shorted two times in a row. I ordered once about a week ago, and then again just now. Both times it arrived well below the cup lip. The product advertised is sadly not what is delivered. I understand there was time to melt down, but this store is no more than 10 minutes away. I'd understand if it was maybe a little melted down, but this is literally half a cup. Even if it wasn't slightly melted, it would still be half a cup. I'm sure dining in is a better experience, but delivery is not something that I would recommend. I did try every flavor of macaron offered with my first order, and they were "sweating" when they arrived, implying long time out of refrigeration. The only one that tasted good was the birthday cake.

I've had better Mangonada classic blend from other restaurants so I consider this one just okay. The Watermelon Fruit Potion was more ice than the drink so while good it's a bit of a rip off. The Wild Berries Blast was good but recommend drinking it before it gets a chance to start melting.

Extremely small portion size of snow far too over priced for something that didn't taste that good. Macarons tasted great too but small and over priced as well.
