The ugliest Red Roses I've ever seen. The quality is not worth over $60 plus taxes and fees, for a dozen roses that are old and burnt from not being stored properly. The arrangement was just cheap, absolutely terrible! I love buying from family owned businesses but I rather spend my money at a larger business that has good quality and attention to detail. I will NEVER order from this business again. I couldn’t find their number online otherwise the owner would expedience my dissatisfaction over the phone.

I ordered yellow roses and they arrived old, drying and brown on the edges of the petals. There was glitter on the flowers that wasn't requested. I paid for 2 butterflies and only 1 was on the flowers. I requested a note be sent with the flowers and there was no note upon arrival. The quality of the order overall was poor

Flowers look nothing like the photo... and came in Chanel paper? Didnt ask for that. This was to send condolences.
