I've reviewed Vatos before and I'll say it again, BEST. STREET. TACOS!
You will LOVE the Pork Belly Taco and the Pork Al Pastor! Those are my two favorites. Plus, you can never go wrong with the pork carnitas.
The guacamole is good, but seems seriously overpriced.

Phenomenal food and service. Vatos reached out directly to handle a food allergy and did a fantastic job. Everything tasted great and was packaged to identify the foods that were safe for the allergies specified. I will definitely be ordering again.

The Mango Fish Taco is one of my favorites. It's got lots of mango. The queso is thick and has so much flavor. Vatos is so good. I love the food. Probably best taco place in NoCo

Great variety and price for what you get. Coconut Shrimp Taco was the perfect combination of sweet and savory.

I had to order a side of Side Queso since I don't eat meat (and there's no option to customize the normal chips & meat-topped queso) - it was a joke, tasted nasty & was literally like 2 spoonfuls. The tacos & salsa were phenomenal as usual. The side of Extra Tortillas (12) is literally just tortillas, not chips as the picture literally shows.
