I have never had a craving like I do for Vegan Shop pho. It has become comfort food for me. The serving is abundant and full of delicious things that I don’t even need to know because it’s all vegan and all delicious! My daughter got me hooked on this place. She says that the owner makes everything himself. Everything I have tried is amazing, the summer rolls, the tofu marinated with basil (omg), but it’s the pho that I always crave. It comes in 3 parts:
1. pho noodles with tofu, tofu skin, and other yummy things
2. broth with veggies
3. And bean sprouts, red pepper condiment, lemon/lime wedge, and my favorite part - Thai basil in full form so I pick the leaves I want and then plant the rest. It’s like a little gift with your food.

We got this for lunch one day on vacation and were stunned by the huge portions and excellent flavor. The “pork belly” was divine, the char siu was delicious, the rice yummy, the glass noodles perfectly cooked and seasoned. We will definitely eat here again on our next visit.

The Banh Mi was amazing, it was filling and super tasty. I will definitely order it again. The Eggless Patty was very good, my only complaint is that it was pretty greasy.

fantastic!!! i had both the vegetable curry and vegetable pho... both are gourmet with subtle healthy spicing and high quality ingredients... this food is delicious, very healthy and made with love <3

Their Pho is a favorite of my boyfriend and I. He's been a regular for a long time and now I'm a big fan too. Everything has so much flavor, and you would never know it was plant based. Such a hidden gem in Hilo, and some of the best vegan food you can find, all from scratch. The owner is so, so kind too. Recommend!
