• 25/6/26The soup is very good, but I am very dissatisfied of the size and I paid $25 for a soup that was so small when I expected a larger one and it didn't come with any napkins or utensils very disappointed on how this was packaged. But soup was good.

• 19/11/25The black beans were pure water and very few black beans. There were olives in the #20 Ropa Vieja (Shredded Beef), which in 30 yrs of going to all of the versailles in LA , I have never had before.
The vegetables are poorly cut up . For almost $30...this was a complete disappointment and it shows the lack of care that goes into their take out orders.

• 21/4/25I ordered the lemon #6 Famoso Pollo Versailles (Versailles Famous Garlic Chicken) and asked for salad instead of all the carbs and the same with the #14 Rabo Encendido (Oxtail Stew). We got two beautiful big salads with lots of tomatoes, onions and avocado and a nice dressing. The dishes were excellent and big portions. Each of the dishes can be for 2. We recommend!

• 3/8/24I've been eating here for I'm guessing 30+ years. I actually called the restaurant after the meal arrived to see if they had new owners or a new cook. I bought 2 #8 Pollo En Salsa Barbacoa (Barbecue Chicken). One was Ok, the other was horrible. Additionally, they both had a weird plantains, they were flat like pancakes and fried. I took one bite, spit it out and threw it all away. And they did not get the order right. (Not a big deal but I ordered no beans and there were beans.). Overall it was the worst meal I think I've ever had from them. And as I told the person who answered the phone, it was so bad that if I had been told it was new owners and/or new chef I would no longer eat at the restaurant. I'm worried, but hopeful that it was just a very bad night. But if my next meal is like this I won't eat there again! An $80 meal (with all the fees) that went out to the trash.

• 27/4/25Amazing customer service. Every sauce is delic. The #14 Rabo Encendido (Oxtail Stew) were perfect. Everything taste fresh and well seasoned.
