Charming Victoria Café – A Hidden Gem in Vancouver, WA!
I had a fantastic breakfast at Victoria Café in Vancouver, WA! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. The pancakes were absolutely delicious—light, fluffy, and perfectly golden. I also enjoyed a bold, smooth cup of black coffee, which paired wonderfully with my meal. The skillet breakfast was hearty and flavorful, with fresh ingredients cooked just right.
If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great food and a welcoming vibe, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Overall, the food was not terrible nor really amazing. The bacon was low-quality, mostly gristle and fat. The omelet was very thick and fluffy but dry. The potatoes were good, cooked just right. They were the only part of the meal that I enjoyed.
The pancakes did not have much flavor. They were large and fluffy, though.
Pros: large quantities of omelet, pancakes, potatoes, and juice. Good texture of eggs, pancakes, and potatoes. Potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, and very tasty
Cons: Bacon was too chewy and cheap. Omelet was dry. Apple juice was from concentrate and tasted diluted and overly sweet, almost syrupy. Pancakes were not very flavorful.

The Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs was very good, but could have used a little more gravy. Pancakes were small, but fluffy & tasty. The Mushroom Burger & fries were delicious.

used to love getting the 3 Buttermilk Pancakes , these were horrible, no color, I asked for extra, syrup, hardly any in the 2 portion cups they sent. sad.
ham and Hash Browns were very good.

I am truly sorry there are no pictures. I was sure I took them. Anyway, this was one of the worst Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs and Biscuits and Gravy I have had in a long time. Barely any gravy. Frozen and possibly microwaved steak? I ordered hashbrowns and received home fries. I spent in total almost $50. Not worth it whatsoever in my opinion.
