This restaurant is so needed here. It doesn't fail expectations either. great food and service. only possible downside for this restaurant is they're going to become so popular that it will be hard to get in.

The pork (substituted) in the Fried 30. Cơm chiên Gà (Chicken Fried Rice) was awful. Mostly inedible. The 6. Hoành Thánh Phô Mai Chiên (Fried Cream Cheese Wontons) were very bland & the cook was overdone on them. The 3. Gỏi Cuốn. (Spring Rolls) were SO stuffed w/ mainly noodles that they ripped open & they just weren't good. Stick to their Pho there. That's what they're best at doing. Only getting their 12. Phở Nạm (Brisket Pho) from now on. Spent $87 on food we didn't really care for.

The Pho is fantastic. I have ordered many times, 11. Phở Tái (Eye Round Steak Pho) the meat is tender and delicious. TY. my only suggestion, I don't need the
plastic utensils. When I use the spoon for the broth, it's not good. I think for many reasons, no plastic utensils. Your food is Too good for plastic. I think everyone who eats, have regular utensils.

Absolutely fantastic Pho spot. We get the 12. Phở Nam(Brisket Pho) and add our own Hoisin sauce (get some, you'll thank me). Their 1. Chả Giò / Egg Rolls (3 Rolls) are BONKERS delicious, with a satisfying texture. And all of their banh mi options are both delicious and excellent value. Although a touch pricey, this place is worth it in an area otherwise devoid of authentic Vietnamese food.

I chose the pork as the protein in the 55. P a d Thai, it is so tender and delicious!! and the noodles are fresh and yummy not dry at all. they gave me a good variety of sauces as well incase I wanted it spicy.
now for the pho! for the price it's so worth it. you get a very good portion! and ok... I thought I have had pho before.... this was honestly the best pho I have had. this is how pho is suppose to be! the broth is flavorful and rich yet still light enough so you can taste everything else with it as a whole. they package it great with the crunchy veggie toppings separate, and the noodles and protein in one bowl and the soup itself separate so you have everything fresh when you assemble it. 10/10
