Both the skillet and the French toast were delicious . The skillet was very filling with some left over for later and was perfect.

I am beyond frustrated with the order that I got from Village Inn. I ordered a double-decker sandwich with French fries and a Cobb salad through DoorDash, and what I received was completely unacceptable.
The sandwich bread was burnt, and the French fries were practically nonexistent. I counted maybe seven fries total, yet I was charged for a full order. The fries honestly looked like someone had already eaten most of them and sent the leftovers anyway.
The Cobb salad was a complete disaster and didn’t come anywhere close to what it’s supposed to be. It was missing chicken and eggs, the lettuce was old and wilted, and the tomatoes were spoiled. This was not just careless — it was flat-out inedible.
To make matters worse, when I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager, he told me he “checked on my order” and that everything should have been included. That makes this even more insulting. If the order was actually checked, how did no one notice that the salad was missing major ingredients, made with old produce, and that the sandwich bread was burnt and the fries were barely there?
I am appalled at how far customer service and food quality have declined. We are paying more than ever for food, delivery fees, and service, yet somehow receiving burnt food, missing items, spoiled ingredients, and half portions is considered acceptable. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I will seriously think twice before ordering again.
And yes, that is the salad in my trash because it was so bad and uneatable!

Hashbrowns burnt and got maybe a palm full egg flavorless and just an unfortunate choice to get breakfast. Sad whn tacobell has better breakfast

Very disappointed with this recent order. Both slices of pie were clearly spoiled and disgusting! The Banana Cream Pie Slice was brown and the cream was hard and had an odd smell. The French Silk Pie Slice had melted cream on top that had crusted over with hard chunks in it! The toast was also black! Disgusting!

I have had issues with this Village Inn a couple of times before with missing items.
With this order I again had the same issue of missing items, this time my slice of French Silk Pie Slice was missing and not delivered. I thought if I call the store maybe it would help. So I called this Village Inn that I ordered right after I placed the order and spoke with V.I. employee and asked for him to please check that all of the items I ordered would be delivered. He said he was going to make sure himself that I got all of the items. So this is why it is more frustrating that I still did not get the items I delivered. I will not order from this Village Inn again, due to lack of customer service. The food is good. Unfortunately this is the only Village Inn location that DoorDash has. Hopefully in the future DoorDash will have the other Village Inn location on Illif and Chambers, Aurora, CO to be able to order from, this location always has great customer service and great food and never has missing items.
