Vui's is always excellent and travels really well for delivery. The tofu noodle bowl and buns are a favorite - they are very flavorful, fresh, and vegan friendly. The other noodle bowls and dumplings are excellent as well.

I usually love Vui's but the *Pho this time around had a ridiculous amount of bean sprouts and not enough noodles. (I love bean sprouts, too, so too much means the bowl was mostly bean sprouts) The chicken in the Chicken Dumplings was also very dry, making it hard to eat.

I’ve loved Vuis for years! A bit pricey compared to other Nashville competitors but Vuis does have the most delicious broth and always have fresh ingredients! However, their meat portions have significantly gotten smaller and smaller to the point I can no longer spend money with them due to feeling disappointed once I receive my food.

I travel a lot for work and I always order a vermicelli noodle bowl and summer rolls at least once in every city I visit.
This was THE BEST I have had. Great proportion of noodles to meat to veggies to sauce. The sauces were delicious, the veggies were fresh, the Noodle Bowl w/ Beef I highly recommend!

Chicken rice bowl was very fresh and tasty, gf had the chicken pho and she really liked it, we got the wings in hot and spicy and they were perfectly grilled, spicy, and delicious. Will definitely be getting again and trying some other dishes and flavors of their wings. It's a fairly healthy option with tons of flavor. Highly recommend.
