The Thai Noodle Bowl w/ Shrimp is delish!! There's a lot for the price and the Steamed Edamame Dumplings are so sweet with a hint of spice.

Vui's is honestly one of my favorite restaurants in Sumner County. They always make the food taste fresh, the portions are huge, and they make you want to eat it again and again. The beef Pho, the Summer Rolls, and the Chicken Dumplings are some of the best around. They always provide everything you'd need for your meal and make everything quick and easy. I love this place.

pork bao buns are always incredible, and we tried the noodle bowls for the first time and WOW we were so impressed. amazing flavor and freshnes, the gochujang is the perfect amount of spice, and the spicy noodle bowl is incredible as well. portion sizes for the bowls were good, i have extra for tomorrow!

The worst pho I've ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of pho. Uses chunks of raw meat with lots of tendon (not thin filet slices) that aren't usually used in pho, so the boiling broth could not cook the raw meat. There were only a few small pieces of meat for $17 pho (delivery). Salty broth, not very pho-like. Noodles were all cut-up, so can't slurp them up (defeats the point of eating pho). Complete rip off for what it is. We were excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Gallatin, but were sorely disappointed.

The Mimi Pho w/Beef portion didt have enough broth to cover the noodles. The 2 Bao Buns w/ Chicken were delicious. The 5 Grilled Sticky Wings were cooked well, could've had more sauce. Everything was packed nicely
