The meat is actually pretty good chicken is not dry. The beef is fully cooked. The kale has actually a good taste to it. I'm not sure what they used, but it kind of gives like an orange taste.

I LOVE this place!!! They give decent portions. I used to always order from here all the time before the pandemic. They stopped serving the pickled onions, which is one of the reason why it stood out from others, that and the quality of the meat. Glad they give Sriracha. 4.5 stars!

The salmon was very dry. The beef tasted like the oil from the grill and lacked flavor. The only item that was decent was the galbi, but even lacked texture in the meet. Wagyu name is deceiving for the quality of meat here at this restaurant. I hope they get better and I can give them another try when we come back to Disneyland.
