• 21/11/25Salad greens were a bit brown and slimy. Brownie batter frosty didn't even have brownie batter in it. Fries were cold. I don't think I've ever left a bad food review before in my life. I understand mistakes are made at times, but this is very disappointing for the price I had paid. 16th St. Wendy's had gone downhill years ago. This wouldn't happen at the other Holland locations.

• 29/8/26All the food was there, but the frostys were given with the open bubble lids, nothing to seal them, which isn't ideal and not how any other place does it that I've had for delivery. I also didn't love the taste of the new apple crumble frosty. Other than that, food was good and as expected.
