Due to the snow storm the store did not receive a truck but it didn't stop them from providing top tier service! The communication from my dasher and the lady I spoke to on the phone was great. I was immediately offered alternatives for my meal which I now have a new favorite!! Thank you Wendy's in Mansfield!

usually there is tape around the drink. on this order there isn't one. im uneasy about drinking it. so im not.

Terrible! Cold. Too small. Nuggets are hollow and over cooked! Burger is deceptive, Not even a burger. Terrible. Not what Wen used to be. Never ordering again!

My meal was supposed to be a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. What I got was a plain burger, dry, nothing on it. I didn't get my ranch and I didn't get my chili sauce.
