• 3/11/25I ordered a chocolate frosty which wasn't included in my order. Concerning the Taco Salad: it contained brown lettuce, no cheese in salad and chips weren't fresh. At least the beans were hot. Very disappointing which is unusual for Wendy's. Requesting refund for frosty.

• 2/12/24the food I ordered was cold, the hamburgers are just not like the pictures at all the quantity is horrible for what you are paying for.

• 25/6/23Ordered two Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger Combos. With both meals, we received a burger with smaller patties that were burned, no crispy onions, no pickles, no Muenster cheese, no beer cheese sauce. The sandwiches were disgusting.
