Never had anything wrong with any order from this place and they even get my late late orders with frosty's and stuff without an issue and always good and hot. Also their burgers are so huge and filling, definitely recommend

I was very happy 😊 with my order. my fries were hot and fresh. it was my first time trying the Carmel frosty, so I appreciated being upsold to on the doordash app, plus the lady at the window gave great customer service. I came through the drive througj, and she checked me in. Made great eye contact, and I couldn't be any more pleased cause I drove from Tacoma to Fife to get this special late night craving.

My lemonade was in a dirty cup, barely any mustard on my chicken sandwich and there were no straws or napkins that I specifically asked for.

I ordered a frosty with exta toffee chips and one with extra pop tart pieces. They charge $1.50 per frosty. Neither had extra. Really barely any at all. Plain from half way down. Extremely disappointing. Also asked for utensils and napkins. They did not include these either.

dont order at night through this app for pickup if ur in a hurry, because you have to wait in their drive thru line behind however many people are ordering in linewhen you arrive. They said because theyre under staffed but there where 3 people in there which is 2 more than i see in other fast food places later than 9pm at night, but ok.
