I understand my order was placed near closing time but my fries were hard and had clearly been sitting a while. I was missing a nugget (there were only 3) that came with my biggie bag and my sandwich was very dry. I would've only given 2 stars but my sweet tea was good. Better luck next time Wendy's.

The food tastes like it was made an hour ago, yet our dasher was waiting on our food at the store. The nuggets we received were hard and rubbery. Everything was made correctly, but any item that was not customized/edited was not fresh.
