whoever works at this wendys needs a raise... they make the BEST fast food burgers. they are always hot and delicious, they never disappoint even when its late.

Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was okay, very dry compared to how they usually taste. the Pretzel Bacon Pub Double Cheeseburger Combo was missing the onions I had asked for, the burgers themselves were poorly cooked, and just tasted off. 10 PC. Nuggets Combo was okay but instead of offering a replacement for the frosty we ordered, they just kind of said "deal with it" and still charged us for the frosty. I keep forgetting that this is specifically an issue with the Montoursville Wendy's. the one on Maynard has never messed up this consistently. I don't know why I keep ordering from this Wendy's expecting anything other than disappointment.

Wendy's missed the toys last time but made it up to me this time! Awesome customer service! Wish I would have gotten the employee's name so I could give them specific credit for going above and beyond. Thank you!

this is my favorite fast food joint in town. So I hardly ever have a complaint, but I ordered the same thing twice in a row and the only thing they forgot was my chicken sandwich was supposed to come with lettuce and tomato. it's no big deal really. but it happened two times, I made sure to double check before I sent it the second time Everything else with the order was perfect. I will continue to visit this location, absolutely.

Ordered two sugar cookies, got oatmeal raisin. My junior fry box had literally four fries in it, and the baconator fries were soggy.
