The chili compared to where I moved from was thick. Really good! This was good just more juice. It's all the preference I think.

I ordered a big bacon Big Bacon Classic® Combo and the sandwich was only meat and cheese with a little piece of burnt bacon

Staff rude. There was no specification on where to pick up. I prefer drive-thru because I have a toddler and won't have the hands to carry food and a toddler, so that's where I went. when I got to the window, the guy said I had to go in to pick up the order because I selected inside pick up. which is okay, fine. I get it. Maybe they were busy, and walking around the counter would be a hassle. No, all of the staff members were standing around not doing anything. someone could've easily brought the food over to the window. but instead, I had to go in, and the bag ripped as i walked out to my car, and I almost lost all the food I ordered.

Cold fries and the buns are far from fresh. There is not a way to add extra toppings like extra tomatoes.

the chicken sandwich i ordered came as a burger instead, and the cheese tasted weird on the baconator fries. other than that it was good, the burger was good even though it wasn't what i ordered
