My chicken rap was poorly made, was loose and everything fell out when I opened it. My chicken was hard as a rock and barely edible. My baked potato was overloaded with cheese couldn't even see the potato.

The chicken was so over cooked and dry. That's not normal for any Wendy's chicken sandwich I've ever had. I always wonder if DoorDash customers get the shaft because they pay for delivery. Who knows?

The staff here informed me they didn't have my frosty and asked me if i would like a drink to replace it since it was a door dash order and after i told my dasher it was no problem i didn't want a drink and i was not upset they still took care of me and gave me extra chicken nuggets. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

This isn't the first time I've ordered from this store via DoorDash, and they always forget my drink, or my fries come out cold and the burger burnt. I live a mile from the store, so it's not the Dasher's fault. I think that store needs more responsible workers who are conscientious about doing things right. I won't be ordering from this store again.
