I love Wendy's. I always enjoy their food. But the pick-up for my DoorDash order did not go well. When I got to the store, the cashier had no idea about my order. The manager was consulted, who also had no idea ... even though the restaurant had confirmed my order minutes ago. After several minutes of everyone standing around confused, my order was mysteriously located and given to me with no explanation.

I love Wendy's burgers however the burger delivered was overcooked and dry. I think the size of the burger is smaller than previously. :(

I cook, I know if my food is freshly made or not. Ordered chicken wrap and it was so dry and hard like it’s been cooked for 3 days plus like always, missing order again

Ordered a large chili, received fries instead. Drink was not sealed and so was sticky. Burger was dry.
