our order was awesome!! my husband's bourbon bacon cheeseburger was made exactly how he ordered it. the spicy chicken nuggets were perfect, and our sauces were in the bag also. I cannot wait to eat the chili!! the only issue I had was that they forgot the crispy onions on my bourbon bacon cheeseburger, but I'm not worried about it. they remembered everything else :) our dasher was very polite, and even confirmed my husband and I's order in front of us. he was friendly and made sure we got our right order, and followed our delivery instructions.

Wendy's is one of my favorite restaurants but I stopped ordering from here due to their poor packaging. I never try my drink in fear of tampering as they always forget to place a sticker on the drink like most restaurants do.

When they are out of something, they definitely need better communication I didn't get a drink or a frosty all because they were out of the frosty. I ordered so instead of saying something to me I didn't get a drink or a frosty.

I ordered two Jr bacon cheeseburgers with tomato, onion, mayo and pickles. I got 2 with just lettuce and a dab of mayo. The only positive was the bacon was perfectly crisp. It was the buy one, get 2 deal. It always arrives right when it's not a deal. I otherwise never have issues.

Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich Combo was okay. The sandwich was lacking in quality and flavor. I got ghost pepper fries but didn't get the sauces I ordered. Nuggets were cold and hard. Frosty was good.
