no complaints today! everything is exactly what I expected and wanted. it's all tasty and looks great!!! thank you Wendy's, you didn't screw my order up this time. I'm impressed

ordered the brownie batter cold brew, and it did not have the brownie syrup in it. All it had was foam and coffee! the taste was horrid, no flavor at all, and when I tried calling the store, they wouldn't answer the phone. I've had nothing but bad service from this store since they opened!

I ordered biggie bags. the fries for all 3 orders were gars and stale, the nuggets were old, and the burgers tasted like their meat had been on the grill too llong (hard and unpleasant to eat). I am very disappointed

Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo was poorly made. This is the second time now I have been completely dissatisfied with the quality of my order. prepared sloppy and not fresh. chicken was flimsy and not crispy

the fries and nuggets just weren't any good. the fries seemed old, the nuggets too. the burgers were ok, enough I guess. just disappointed again. wish it were better.
