Ordered an extra chicken strip and of course who ever prepared it forgot to put the extra one!!! Bad service

It would be preferable if the menu gave the option to request more than one slice of cheese when buying a double or triple burger. the crunchy onion I paid close to a dollar extra for was not on the burger I purchased.

didn't get a straw and I ordered sweet tea and got an unsweetened. I'm a trucker who was parked and relying on the order to be correct. otherwise the burger 🍔 was good. and the wings.

they forget some of the items sometimes.. ordered around 3am and they just straight up forgot my fries..
