Burger was real good but whoever is bagging this stuff is doing a terrible job. Second time ordering and the onion rings were skimped on and when I had my dasher ask for ketchup (which they forgot last time) they gave us one tiny packet for our whole order. Burger was amazing tho grill guy you're the best.

when I received my order it was not secure, it was not taped off with the sticker as usual. opened up my food. definitely large amount of fries were missing. my french fries were halfway filled which I believe the driver was snagging at due to the food not being secure and taped off

I ordered a #5. With a Coke, Large fries and spicy kethup. Paid a 5.99 fee too. So it was 25.00
Didnt get my coke, or my ketchup, and the fries were only half full. They also arent sealed. And they should be.
So I paid 25 bucks for a bacon cheese Whataburger and small fries
Unacceptable.

Barely any honey butter on a "Honey Butter" Sandwhich. I tried to order an extra sauce but they don't even have that option.
