There was no cheese or jalapenos that I requested on the sandwich. This is the second time I have ordered and they always forget something to my order.

The fries and onion rings were so cold. One burger was missing the bacon we paid extra for, and we were also missing a sauce we paid for. Bags are in no way sealed for safety or freshness.
