Anytime I order for pick up I am always able to go through the drive-through to pick up my order so I did not dress to get out of my vehicle to go pick up my food order. This time they told me that I had to get out of my vehicle and that I could not pick it up via drive-through because it is DoorDash. Not sure where the issue randomly came from I should be able to pick up my own food from wherever. It was very inconvenient and it should be consistent as to whether I can pick it up through the window or if I always have to go inside. Worker on the drive through speaker was also rude and just stopped talking/ waited for me to drive off then proceeded to speak again when she thought I was gone. Never had this experience here before :(

is it gravy or water,an I order two cause last time my gravy only filled the bottom enough for just half of chicken strip,so at 1-2 idk who making the gravy but they need practice

There was only 2 chicken tenders, no toast, and no gravy.

They were out of shakes. They gave us 2 apple pies ($2.59 ea) in lieu of 1 medium Banana Pudding Shake ($6.10 ea) and did not offer anything of the same or better value.

Chicken strips were old and dry and the sweet tea didn't have a lick of sugar. Very disappointed
