I eas so excited to try Whataburger. I ordered the #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® and it was a weird mixture of bland and salty simultaneously. The fries were cold and undercooked. Ive had better burgers at Mickey D's. Never again. Not worth the price point.

I often order the #4 Jalapeño & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal® but for some reason lately the bread has been old and flaky, as well as the meat not being its normal freshness.

Took almost 2 hours for my food to arrive. Not the drivers fault at all, restaurant is only .4 mi away. They take 10 years every single time.

Restaurant seemed understaffed for the first day of spring break. Front desk attendant was overwhelmed instead of helping the manager just exasperated the situation. The CO2 machine was down so I only got 2/5 drinks I ordered.

I ordered a large fry and I received a small fry and I didn't get the ketchup either also said no tomatoes and there was tomatoes
